Private by design

Balise doesn’t keep your photos.

Your photos stay in Apple Photos. Balise keeps what it learns from them, not the pictures. The copy it works on is encrypted on your iPhone and deleted after processing.

Our team can’t open your private photos. Automated software analyses copies to make your photos searchable.

You approve the photos your AI can see. Claude and ChatGPT start with searchable information. Each photo request needs your approval. Access through Balise ends after one hour.
